THE CELLULITE MORE!
One of Ernie G’s. responses to this question was “If I choose not to go out with you because of your cellulite, am I the kind of guy you want to be with any way?” (Women’s Bodies: Part 2)
I love this AND I have to admit, my head goes into a cellulite induced panic and wants to respond something like “But then there would be no men left to date me.”
It absolutely shocks me how much I don’t want to believe that the cellulite issue isn’t a big deal to men. If it’s not a big deal, what the hell have I been doing since I was 12 years old? Why the hell did I ever spend any time hiding, being embarrassed and even on occassion, apologizing for my cellulite? If it’s really not a big deal, why didn’t someone tell me this sooner???!!!!!
If I can believe what these guys say, if I can really get that men who would not date me because of my cellulite are fictional characters created by pop culture and the beauty industry, if I can understand that this concern never needs to be in my head ever again, what would that be like?
For me, it would be like the heavens parting with a light of love shining down on my ass as angels sing its praises. I am totally serious about this! For me it is freedom. It is self love. For me, it is another win for who I really am: a confident, sexy, beautiful woman who is making a difference for men and women everywhere.
What would it be like for you?
I think you have lived in LA too long:)))) There is so much more important aspects of a relationship then cellulite:) Let go of all of that and you will attract the man of your dreams! That’s my two cents! Your inner beauty will enhance your outer beauty, cellulite and all!
What’s important are values, trust, your love for each other and much, much more!
